Living in a net cafe sucks, and it should only be done as either a last resort or if you want cheap and don't expect to be there long-term. Expect your health to be shot because between the constant 2nd-hand smoke and gamers pulling all-nighters, sleep isn't likely until you wake-up in the morning andcrash on a bench.

They are great if you're traveling and don't want to spend much on shelter - if you don't want to spend money for an inn or hotel, this makes a decent first choice.
