New Movies via Apple iTunes Japan

Apple Inc. has added some 1,000 Japanese and non-Japanese movie offerings to its Japanese iTunes site that can be viewed via the iPhone or iPad mobile devices.

Movie prices start at ¥1,000 per title to purchase and ¥200 to rent. HD or high-definition films are available for purchase at ¥2,500 and for rent at ¥500.

To make viewing easier, Apple TV, a gadget allowing movies and other content streamed via iTunes to be viewed on standard TV sets, will available for purchase in Japan soon!
