Speaking of the New Year, I look forward to enjoying some varieties of Ishikawa-ken sake, "Tengumai Yamahai Jikomi Junaishu" and my ol' time favorite, "Tedorikawa Arabashiri Daiginjo Nama." The water used for both sakes is from Haku-san in Ishikawa-ken. the heavy snowfall brings the purist water used in the distilling process.[video][video]
