Sankei Digital Inc. began offering for free on Dec. 12 an application by which the entire pages the Sankei Shimbun daily can be downloaded from the internet onto the mobile telephone iPhone 3G and the handheld music player iPod tough, both made by Apple Inc. of the United States. All the pages of the last morning edition of the newspaper can be downloaded on the same day in the same layouts which can also be enlarged.
